My Mentoring Background

My passion for helping others grow runs deep. From coaching junior sports teams to mentoring exchange students during my time in Germany, I've always found fulfillment in supporting people through transitions and challenges. During graduate school, I served as a peer tutor and completed a teaching internship, experiences that shaped my approach to learning and development. This foundation has made mentoring designers a natural extension of my commitment to helping others succeed.
